NUSFJORD

Nusfjord lies on the island of Flakstad in the district of Flakstad, at the western end of the islands. To get there you leave the main Federal Highway 10, halfway between Napp and Ramberg. Then, for the next 6 kilometres the county road winds through a beautiful and dramatic landscape. Then, at the road’s end is Nusfjord, an idyllic gem, huddled between the fjord and surrounding mountains. Just beyond is the open sea of the Vestfjord.
