THE SMITHY 01

The Smithy had an important function in Nusfjord, where both tools and fishing equipment were made.
The hearth with its electric bellows is still in working condition.
The blacksmith was an important figure.  He used coal to heat the iron, which he kept hot by a manually operated bellows. next>>
