In a historical setting in Nusfjord you can experience the exhilarating feeling of spending the night in a rorbu, cod fishing, going on a sea-safari or other activities of
which you have never seen the like.
For several years we have been restoring the buildings in Nusfjord, buildings which not only give insight into the area’s history but many of which are still in use today.
During the famous cod season, when the cod come to Lofoten to spawn, Nusfjord’s buying station operates at full churn, whereas in the summer, stockfish are sorted here for the world markets.
